🕓39 hour week

📆Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays 

🚗Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided

🔑Key must haves – full clean driving licence, you will be working alongside a roofer so experience/knowledge of roofing is needed, ground works knowledge is essential (flagging and fencing)

As a vital member of our team at Great Places Housing Group, your role is all about delivering top-notch maintenance services and ensuring customers satisfaction. You'll be the go-to expert, diagnosing issues accurately and implementing responsive maintenance methods to achieve a 'first time fix' standard. 

But it doesn't stop there – you'll also play a crucial part in optimising our repair processes to make the most of our resources. With our mobile working solutions at your fingertips, you'll efficiently handle job allocation and data management while maintaining flexibility to cater to our customers' needs. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service is key, always embodying respect and courtesy in every interaction.
